(1) Temperature-controlled crystal oscillator
Employing precision temperature control technology, the crystal resonator operates at its zero temperature coefficient point, minimizing the impact of ambient temperature variations on the oscillator’s output frequency. High-precision products achieve frequency temperature stability on the order of 10⁻⁹ or higher. These products are primarily used in various communication equipment, testing equipment, and instrumentation.
(2) Temperature-compensated crystal oscillator
Employing a high-precision temperature compensation module, a compensation voltage is generated, enabling the crystal oscillator’s temperature characteristics to reach the order of 10⁻⁶ to 10⁻⁷. Temperature-compensated crystal oscillators are characterized by low power consumption, small size, and integration, requiring no warm-up time, and are primarily used in various testing equipment, communication equipment, and mobile devices.
(3) Voltage-controlled crystal oscillator
The oscillation frequency can reach 700MHz. The output frequency of the crystal oscillator is controlled by an external voltage, allowing the voltage-frequency pulling range of the crystal oscillator to reach ±50ppm~±200ppm. It is mainly used in various testing equipment, communication equipment, frequency synthesis, phase-locked loop and other fields.
