Scope of work

1) Check the neighbor relation and add/delete the relations to make sure the handover success rate improved;

2) Check the alarm, and aware of what kind of KPI can be effected by different alarm;

3) Aware of how to investigate the issue of high drop call rate and know how to optimization to decrease the drop call rate;

4) Familiar with the parameters for IRAT-handover, Inter-frequency handover and soft handover optimization flow;

5) Well know kow to troubleshoot the problem of low call setup rate;

6) Familiar with the parameters which related to PS 384 and DPA/UPA service;

7) Know how to decrease the PS drop call rate and PS BLER.

 

Requirements

1) Major in telecommunication;

2) Have the experience for more than 2years 3G OSS KPI

3) Be familiar with 3G and 2G theory technology

4) Positive manner to work and can accept the overtime if necessary

5) Chinese-speaking is preferable

 

 

2. Marketing & Sales

Scope of work

1) be responsible for formulating sale strategies for the company’s products and services

2) be responsible for retaining established clients to achieve annual sales goals

3) Interact with potential customers to seek the business opportunity

4)Coordinate trade fairs, seminars and staffing meetings, develop and distribute promotional materials

5)Other duties may be assigned  in support of corporate business efforts

 

Requirements:

1) minimum with Bachelor degree

2) a strong market awareness

3) familiar in Telecommunications and/or IT line of business client relationship

4) Strong written and oral communicative skills

5) Highly motivated and highly energetic, display a willingness to foster and to develop customer

 

 

3. Driver test Engineer

 Job description

1) Majored in Telecommunication, Computer or Technology, Telecommunication Engineer is preferable;

2) Have basic knowledge of wireless Telecommunication

3) Cooperative and hardworking

4) Willing to and strong ability to learning and great attitude to follow the arrangement

5) Good command of communication skills

6) More preferable for some experience of driver test for 2G/3G/LTE
